The best Friendly’s in CT! I got the chicken wrap with waffle fries and it was scrumptious! My server, Jessica, was friendly, attentive, and helped me with any questions.
Good food, great company. The best part was our waitress Ashley C! I'm not sure I've ever had a better waitress at ANY restaurant. Our needs were met before even asking. Drinks refilled, food came quick, checked in right on time. She definitely seems like she came from a high end restaurant. So friendly and always a smile. Would come back just for her!

Great experience today for dinner. Allyson was our server who was fantastic. She was very sweet and kind, attended to us often and made sure we were always good. The food came out quick and was delicious and looked great. Not only was she great, I observed other servers around the restaurant who were also providing great service and were even interacting with the kids at other tables. The atmosphere was great and I see how this place stays so busy. I hope the management appreciates the great people they seem to have working here. Thank you for a great meal.
Great ice cream with great service! The greeter Bella was kind and helpful arranging for us to sit at a booth to fit our whole family. Then our server Victoria was THE nicest! We came for ice cream to celebrate our son’s piano recital. She specifically asked him about his performance and made him feel important. She was really patient in getting all the orders from the 3 other kids at the table and nicely waited as they went through all the specifics of the orders. The wait wasn’t long for the ice cream and each of the orders was correct, which is pretty darn impressive with 4 kids and 3 adults, who almost all had specific requests. She checked in on us and even remembered we asked for extra napkins for the kids. Shout out to Victoria who made our piano-recital-celebrating a total win at Friendly’s.
I've been eating at Friendly's since I was a young kid in the 90's, and 30 years later, it remains one of my favorite restaurants. The food is absolutely scrumptious, the waitresses are friendly and competent, and I love the casual, family friendly atmosphere. I'm especially fond of some of the new menu items, such as the beef tips and mash, which is positively heavenly delicious. Oh, and they have some of the best ice cream ever.
Had a quick dinner here. The food was good . Salad was fresh with lots of chicken. BBQ chicken super melt and as great. Our waitress was good and attentive to us. Would go back again..
